REQUIRED: 
The successful candidate MUST possess the following traits and experience:
• Experience managing a transfer station (MSW) is REQUIRED.
• The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of environmental and safety compliance
• Equipment maintenance oriented.  Good working knowledge about CMMS
• Successful at fostering and building relationships with customers, employees, public officials and municipalities, 
and is a good representative of the company.
• Exceptional administrative and interpersonal communication skills 
• Strong analytical skills with experience managing budgets and P&L
• Very strong mentorship skills; training and developing the team members. Capable of building a very strong teamwork atmosphere.
• Capable of making sound decisions without a lot of direction/permission/input – good self-starter
• Self-confident and personable
• Excellent leadership skills
• Computer literate; strong PC skills

PREFERRED: 
Candidates who possess these items in addition to the required skills/experience listed above will receive first preference:
• College degree 
• Experience managing an operation that is a public/private agreement

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES: (complete job description to be furnished at interview)
Directly responsible for the overall management and development of the facility including safety, finance, human resources, maintenance, environmental compliance and liaison with the municipal governments that are served by the operations.

Compensation:
Base salary of approx. $90-105k/year (DOE) + approx. 30% possible performance bonus

• Good presence, thinks about what they are going to say before saying it
• Seasoned; this will not be their first job in management
• **4-year College degree is required**

Compensation:
Base salary of approx. $95-110K/year (DOE) + approx. 40% possible performance bonus + vehicle allowance.
